I have been an enthusiastic proponent of natural healthcare for over 20 years, and came to Craniosacral Therapy in 2006. My two years of study taught me both biomechanical and biodynamic approaches to treatment, meaning that, whilst my knowledge of anatomy and physiology allows me to work confidently on a structural basis, my focus is always upon the underlying forces of any condition. I am fascinated by how physical problems so often are linked with psycho-emotional factors and  resolutely believe that the body has an innate ability to heal itself, given the right conditions. 

Post-graduation courses on paediatrics (working with babies) and the viscera (abdominal organs) have been very instructive in developing the manner in which I treat. I am a registered member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK, and am fully compliant with their Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Please note that my treatment room is situated on the second floor. Should you not be able to manage the stairs, please let the reception staff know, and they will arrange for the downstairs room to be available.
